Compliance Consulting

Staying compliant in New Mexico’s cannabis industry isn’t just about checking a few boxes—it’s a full-time job. From maintaining state and local licenses to managing inspections, audits, and ever-changing regulations, even small missteps can put your business at risk.

Do you have time to:
- Keep up with CCD, OSHA, NMDOE, NMDOH, and local agency requirements?
- Ensure all permits, applications, and SOPs are always up to date?
- Handle surprise inspections, compliance audits, and corrective actions?
- Train new hires, existing staff, and management on compliance standards?
- Manage security logs, site diagrams, and regulatory reporting—every single month?

Missing even one of these can lead to compliance deficiencies, fines, shutdowns, and a bad reputation.

Compliance Education

Stay Compliant with New Mexico Cannabis Training Requirements

Did you know that under CCD administrative rule 16.8.2.33, all cultivation, manufacturing, and retail cannabis operations must provide their employees with CCD-approved compliance training?

We are proud to offer New Mexico’s first fully online, digital cannabis compliance training, covering the essential materials required by the state. Every year, individuals working in New Mexico’s cannabis industry must complete training on key compliance topics, including health and safety standards, Hazard Communication (HazCom) requirements, emergency procedures, security protocols, and record-keeping obligations.

Our New Mexico Cannabis Compliance 101 course equips employees and businesses with the knowledge needed to implement safe practices and maintain full compliance with state regulations.

Whether you're enrolling as an individual or signing up your team, we provide the continuing education you need to stay compliant, protect your license, and succeed in the industry.
